Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Late booking and long period discounts available. Please call owner. Last minute and long let welcome.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible although Fridays and Tuesdays are preferred. Arrival must be after 13.30pm and departure must be at 11am. However, there would be flexibility if there are arrival and departures at unusual times.

Booking notes
We ask for Non refundable £100 per week of total rental as a deposit with the balance (non refundable) to be paid 8 weeks before departure. Therefore we ask you to take an insurance. Keys or other arrangement  will be sent after the balance has been received and we ask that guests post them back to us on their return home or it may be arranged to collect keys on arrivals. Payment by cheque/Bank transfere  please.
